Chelsea star Nicolas Jackson finally gets justice over a racist comment. The 23-year-old striker has been a victim of the dark side of football. There is absolutely no room for racism anywhere in the world and especially football. However, many top player have actually been a victim of the same time-and-time again. Just because a player isn’t at his best, it does not give the people any right to spit out racial slurs. Nonetheless, the guilty party has accepted the charges. People must understand that they cannot cross a line even if it is due to passion or hatred for any players.
What exactly took place?
A Burnley fan would go on to make a racist comment on Chelsea star Nicolas Jackson in December 2023. John Southwell would make the comment on a Facebook article. The article was talking about the involvement of the 23-year-old in a controversial incident during Chelsea’s loss to Everton last season. He was then made to pay the charges. As per skysports, he would get a £385 fine. At the same time, he had to cover the prosecution costs and victim surcharge. This is a strong statement from the world of football that we won’t condone racism in any form.

The 23-year-old star is currently enjoying his life with Chelsea. He had a mixed debut season for the Blues. But, since then, he has gone on to improve a lot this campaign. Also, he has begun this season in some style. He already has 4 goals in 7 Premier League appearances this time. Hopefully, he can continue to perform at the top levels. Also, he will be hoping to put an end to Chelsea’s search for a top quality striker by stepping-in himself. It will be interesting to see if he can go on to be the main man for the team.
