AC Milan have contacted Chelsea to sign their versatile attacker this month. The Italian giants are keen to improve their final third and are keeping tabs on many players.
Earlier, AC Milan were interested to sign Marcus Rashford from Man United. The 27 year old is very likely to move away from Old Trafford due to not being part of Ruben Amorim’s plans. Milan were interested but are now reported to have given up on the Englishman.
Instead of Rashford, the Italian giants are now targetting Chelsea star. The Blues star only joined them in summer and is having a good season right now. It will prove extremely difficult for Milan to convince the Blues for the move.
AC Milan contact Chelsea to sign Joao Felix
Earlier it was reported by Florian Plettenberg that Milan are very highly interested to sign Felix. He also added that Rashford deal is complicated due to negotiations and financial package. Hence, the deal for Rashford seems to end in failure.
This means Milan will now be more focused on landing Felix. Now, it is being reported by Calciomercato that Milan have already contacted Chelsea for Joao Felix.
Felix joined the Blues in summer for £43 million. He is having a good season where he has scored 7 goals and picked 2 assists in 19 games. The Blues are very happy with him at the moment. In addition, they have already lost Mudryk whereas Nkunku is on the verge of leaving.
This will increase the role of Joao Felix and he will now receive more game time than earlier. Felix too is happy at West London and not forcing for an exit. Hence, Milan may struggle to sign him this month even on loan. The Blues will demand a hefty fee to make the 25 year old untouchable.
