After Nkunku, another star linked with quick Chelsea exit

  • Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall who joined Chelsea this summer has been linked with an exit
  • He is the second player after Christopher Nkunku to be linked with away move
  • More players are expected to follow the same due to vast squad depth

Chelsea are doing really well in the Premier League. Enzo Maresca has finally got the best players that fit into his plans. This may be a very good news for fans but it is not the same for other players.

Many players are struggling for game time at the moment. The best possible example is Christopher Nkunku who has to adapt in a different position to get game time. He has proved himself and is top goal-scorer at the club, but is still far away from being regular starter.

Hence, Nkunku is expected to move away from the club in the next transfer window. It was going to happen as Chelsea have a very vast squad depth. Now, their summer signing is expected to have the same result too.

Chelsea to part ways with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall after just one season

As per The Chelsea Chronicle, the Blues may part ways with Dewsbury-Hall next year. The 26 year old arrived to West London only this summer from Leicester City. But, the move has not worked out for both Chelsea and the midfielder.

Dewsbury-Hall is yet to start any Premier League game this season. He is way behind in the pecking order and it does not seem to change anytime soon. This may result in ending the midfielder’s stay at Chelsea after just one season.

Dewsbury-Hall is in the prime of his career and hence will want to start regularly. He was a key player for Enzo Maresca last season. The 26 year old played 49 matches and was able to record 12 goals and 15 assists.

Dewsbury-Hall will not be the only player to move away from Stanford Bridge next year. There are a lot of unhappy faces at the club. Chelsea too have to decrease their squad depth in order to make new signings and coup up with PSR rules.
