Arsenal 0-0 Manchester United post-match analysis:

It was a very even game in the first half and the ball mainly played in midfield but United had the better possession and they got better chances.

Fred almost scored the opener from a corner but his chipped finish from just outside the box, brilliantly saved by the goalkeeper Bernd Leno.

Few minutes after Bruno Fernandes got another glorious opportunity to score and he should have scored but he could not hit the target which is unlikely from him and for his quality.

At the back end of the half, Marcus Rashford got a one on one with the keeper but he could not keep the ball under control in time and missed a great opportunity to score.

Arsenal came out in the second half much more motivated and started excellently, and substitute Willian got a great opportunity from a mistake from Aaron Wan-Bissaka but his shot blocked by Wa-Bissaka who rectified his early mistake.

Cavani got an absolute open goal to score from Luke Shaw’s strong cross but put it wide of the goal.

Emile Smith Rowe’s shot was repelled by David De Gea who didn’t require to do much. Alexandre Lacazette’s attempt from a free-kick from just outside the box came off the crossbar.

Cavani got yet another opportunity at the back end of the match from a great cross but he could not keep it on target.
