Arsenal and Liverpool both keeping tabs on Brazilian winger
According to CaughtOffside, both Arsenal and Liverpool are keeping tabs on Igor Paixao. Paixao is 24 years old and currently plays for Feyenoord. He has been in superb form recently.
Paixao has scored 5 goals and picked 10 assists in 24 games this season. He mainly plays on left wing but can also play effectively on right wing. In addition, he can even feature as an attacking midfielder whenever required.
Paixao can be open to move away from Dutch giants this months. He can cost around €30 million to €35 million. Moving to Premier League will be a huge step up in his career. However, no talks have taken place so far and none of Liverpool or Arsenal have made any offers.
As of now, Paixao has more chance of playing regularly at Arsenal as compared to Liverpool. However, the final decision will depend on player. Lastly, both of the Premier League clubs will try to negotiate with Feyenoord as they will not be ready to pay the demanded price from Dutch giants.
