The 17 year old has came to Lille academy and broke into the first team last season itself. He mainly plays as a holding midfielder but can also play as central midfielder. He has played 6 games for France youth teams so far.

Bouaddi played 18 games last season for Lille and was able to pick assist. This helped him claim his place as regular team member this season. This season Bouaddi has played 12 games so far. He has picked 1 assist in league despite playing only 308 minutes.

The 17 year old was very good recently against Juventus in UCL. He played the full match and caught attention of many top clubs. Scouts from top clubs like Arsenal, Liverpool, AC Milan, Chelsea and many more were present at the game.

Bouaddi had 87% passing accuracy, 100% dribbling success and 100% long ball accuracy. He created 1 chance, won 1 tackle, made 1 clearance, 2 interceptions and 6 recoveries. Lastly he won 3 ground duels and 1 ariel duel to display his quality.

Arsenal and Liverpool plotting move for Frenchman

As per CaughtOffside, both Arsenal and Liverpool are keen to improve their midfield department. They have both identified Bouaddi as a potential longterm solution.

Lille are not interested to sell him as of now. They have tied him with a contract running until 2027. But, they want to extend even further and secure him for a very long time.

But the player is aware of the interest from top clubs and hence may be little hesitated to sign extension. He may want to play at the highest level and hence can be seen leaving the French club soon.

Lille may have to part ways with Bouaddi for only €25 million to €30 million. This may come as a major upset for them as this price is too low for player of Bouaddi’s quality and age.
