Arsenal and United both eyeing 22 year old Belgian star

Football

Arsenal and Manchester United are both showing interest in 22 year old Belgian star. Both Premier League clubs are keen to improve one specific position. The young Belgian can be signed for a fair price.

Both Arsenal and Man United are keen to add another goalkeeper to their squad. Gunners have Neto as backup for Raya. But, Neto will leave the club after the end of this season as he is on loan.

The North London club are keen to sign Joan Garcia from Espanyol. But, the Spanish club are demanding €30 million to be paid fully. This is forcing Gunners to monitor other options available in market.

As for United, they are reported to be ready to part ways with Bayindir. The Turkish keeper is currently the backup for Onana and has played 3 games this season. This will force the Red Devils to find a new keeper to improve their squad depth.

Arsenal and Man United both showing interest in Belgian keeper

As per CaughtOffside, both Gunners and Red Devils are showing interest in Senne Lammens. Lammens is 22 year old keeper who plays for Royal Antwerp. He is the first choice keeper for Belgian club.

Firstly, Lammens has played in all 20 games this season. He has been able to keep 5 clean sheets. He has made 85 saves so far with an amazing 80.2 % which is the second best in the league. In addition, he has been able to save 2 out of 3 penalties faced.

Lammens can be signed for around €10 million from Antwerp. This will not be a major problem for any of the Premier League giants. However, it will depend on what the club and player himself thinks about the deal. No matter which club Lammens joins, he has the ability to challenge for the starting spot.
