Arsenal can land their dream striker for €100 million this summer. This is far less than the price reported earlier and Gunners may hence be handed with a major boost in the pursuit.
The star in question here is Alexander Isak of Newcastle United. The 25 year old has been in superb form since last season. He scored 25 goals last season and this season has already found the back of the net 19 times. In addition, he has also picked 5 assists in the process.
The Magpies are very happy with Isak and are keen to keep him for longer duration. But, the 25 year old is pushing for a move as he wants to play in UCL regularly. As a result, the Magpies are finding it very hard to keep hold of him.
Earlier, there were reports that Isak rejected to extend his contract. This was followed by reports stating the Magpies are now ready to sell Isak if they don’t qualify for UCL next season. But, it was said that it will require British record fee to lure him away from Newcastle.
Isak was said to cost around £130 million and Arsenal were said to lead the race. But now, Diario Sport have reported that the Magpies can sanction his sale for around £85 million. This will come as a major boost for Gunners to land their dream striker in summer.

It will be very hard for Gunners to land Isak this summer. The 25 year old has interest from several other clubs at the moment. He is wanted by Liverpool, Chelsea and Barcelona as well. Earlier it was said that Isak may opt to join Liverpool instead of Gunners. He is also heavily linked with Barca but the Spanish side can struggle to meet the demands of Newcastle.
