Arsenal can be seen making a move for Mohammed Kudus next year. The player has already proved his worth in Premier League and is very highly rated.

Kudus joined West Ham in summer 2023 from Ajax for €43 million. He has then became a key asset for Hammers as he played 45 matches in his first season. Kudus was able to score 14 goals and pick 6 assists in the process.

Kudus mainly plays as a right winger but can play on the left wing too. He can also operate as an attacking midfielder which makes him an important player. He currently has market value of €50 million as per Transfermarkt.

Arsenal plotting a move for Kudus

Gunners are said to be keen to sign Kudus next year. A winter move is very unlikely but Mikel Arteta seems to make bold move in summer. Arsenal are unhappy with Leandro Trossard at the moment and hence are planning to replace him.

Kudus has emerged as a potential target for Gunners due to his high quality. He can play as a backup for Saka or can compete with Martinelli for the starting spot. But as per the reports, Arteta wants to use the Ghanaian as an attacking midfielder.

But, Hammers will not let Kudus leave just yet as they have tied him with a contract running until 2028. He also has a release clause of €100 million which West Ham will demand to be paid fully.

Arsenal are not the only club in England who is interested in Ghana international. Liverpool are also keeping tabs as they are looking for a long-term replacement of Mohamed Salah.

The Egyptian international is in the final year of contract and there no signs about extension as of yet. Even if they extend Salah’s contract theg will have to look for his replacement as Salah will turn 33 at the end of this season.
