Arsenal ‘end’ their pursuit of Juventus star

Arsenal have ended the pursuit of Juventus star this month. The talks between the two clubs are reported to have been broken down.

The star in question here is Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic. The 24 year old has been a long-term target of the North London club. They first tried to sign him in January 2022 but lost the race to Juventus.

Gunners are now in desperate need to sign some attacking stars. They need a striker and a winger in order to solve the ongoing problems. Vlahovic was once again been linked with a move to Premier League.

Juve are open to sell the Serbian striker as they are finding it hard to tie him down to new contract. His current contract will expire in 18 months. In addition, the Serie A giants are also involved in financial crisis right now.

Earlier, it was reported that Gunners are in talks with Juventus for Vlahovic. Later it was said that the Serie A giants are ready to part ways with 24 year old on cut-price deal. It was reported that fee around £45-50 million will be enough to land the Serbian this month.

Arsenal to miss out on Dusan Vlahovic

According to Football Transfers, the talks between Gunners and Old Lady have fallen down. The North London club will now need to monitor other available options in the transfer market as soon as possible.

Juventus are still keen to part ways with Vlahovic permanently this month. They have sealed the loan move for Randal Kolo-Muani. He is expected to be announced today and can replace Vlahovic in coming weeks.

As for Arsenal, they need to hurry their transfer activity as the market has approached the final few days. They can’t end the market without making atleast one attacking signing otherwise may have to end one more season without trophy.
