Arsenal plotting a move for Dusan Vlahovic

Vlahovic will be out of his Juventus contract in the next 18 months. The Italian giants are happy with the striker and want to extend his contract. But, their are other news that the talks between player and club are stalled.

If Juve are unable to extend the contract, they will try and sell him in January or next year. Now as per Tutto Juve, Arsenal have genuine interest in Vlahovic and may lure him away from Allianz stadium.

The player is currently rated at €65 million but Juve are only willing to hear the offers above €80 million. Lastly, what gives Juve’s demands solidity is the player’s form this season. Vlahovic has already scored 7 goals and picked 1 assist in 10 games for Juve.

Firstly, Arsenal were desperate to sign a striker this summer. But they never progressed talks with any of their target. As a result, Mikel Arteta accepted the fact of not having a proper number nine and decided to make Kai Havertz his regular striker.

The German international is doing really well but the number nine is not his preferred position. In addition, Gabriel Jesus is out of form and is struggling to improve. This makes striker a necessity for Gunners next year and Vlahovic may seem like a player who can slove Arteta’s problems.
