Ben White season so far
Ben White was never fully fit since the start of the new season. As The 27-year-old full-back has been carrying a knee issue from the beginning. Due to that, he also missed some important games across all competitions for the Gunners.
After being used as a sub against City in September, White missed the games against Leicester, PSG and Southampton. His first appearance since then came against in a 1-0 defeat against Newcastle earlier this month. He came off the bench at the second half. In the pre-match press conference manager Arteta said they need to protect White from injuries.
However, Ben White played the last two games before the International break against Inter and Chelsea. And after the weekend’s clash against Chelsea with resulted in a draw, Arsenal players can take their time to freshen up and get some rest. White has took full advantage of the break and gone through the injury he needed to.
We will hoping for a speedy recovery of the Englishman. On the other hand, Mikel Arteta had said that he is praying for an end to this crisis situation at the camp. And claimed the season so far has been a “nightmare eight weeks” for him.
