Arsenal Injury News: Massive boost for Mikel Arteta

Gunners have been hit hard several times due to injuries this season. It has costed them very much as they have already lost two games and drew 3 in Premier League. Now there seems to be some positive news at last for Arsenal as one superstar has recovered fully from injury.

Latest Arsenal injury news

Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard is back in training. The has resumed full training and was seen with squad. His return has been confirmed on the official Arsenal website as well. Mikel Arteta will view this news as a massive boost ahead of their UCL fixture against Inter.

Despite Odegaard returning back to full training, it is very unlikely that he will start against Inter. But, Mikel Arteta may give him some minutes and bring him from the bench in the latter stages of the clash. Unluckily for Gunners, this is the only positive news as of yet.

Riccardo Calafiori is still out injured and will miss more matches. He has a severe knee injury which he picked playing against Shakhtar Donetsk in UCL clash. He is expected to be back after the upcoming international break.

Takehiro Tomiyasu and Kieran Tierney are still out and there are no updates available about their possible return date. They both will surely miss the match against Inter.

Other than these names, Gunners have almost every other player ready for the game. Bukayo Saka can be viewed as fully fit as he played the full match against Newcastle United. This is a very good fans for both club and fans who missed the star earlier.

Jurrien Timber is set to start the game once again as left back. He was not certain to play against Liverpool earlier, but has since started both the games. He may not be fully fit but Arteta is out of options and hence Timber will very likely start the match.
