Arsenal have been constantly getting bad news and it is affecting their Premier League title chase. Already 3 players have seen red cards this season and numerous others have been injured. Here are some of the latest injury news and possible return dates of some regular Arsenal starters.

The first on the list is Bukayo Saka. Saka was injured while playing for England in the nations league fixture. He was quickly taken off but still missed the match against Bournemouth.

Gunners felt the absence of Saka and hence failed to score against Bournemouth. As a result theh dropped crucial points. But now there is some positive news for Arsenal fans.

As per Football London, Saka can be seen back on the pitch against Liverpool on October 26. He will very likely miss the UCL fixture against Shakhtar Donetsk. Arteta is in no rush to take the unnecessary risk.

The next player is club captain Martin Odegaard. Odegaard too got injured while playing for his country in the Nations League. But as compared to Saka, Odegaard’s injury was more serious and he has already missed a lot of games.

Odegaard is still far away to start games but is constantly training hard. There has been improvement in his situation and he can be seen back on the pitch against Chelsea next month.

The last name on list is Jurrien Timber. Timber missed almost the whole last season due to injury but started this season on a positive note. However, he has missed some recent matches and there is still no news available about his return date.

Along with injuries, Gunners have missed their key players due to suspensions. Three players have already seen red cards this season. William Saliba who is latest addition to that list will miss the important fixture against Liverpool this weekend.
