Arsenal linked with a loan move for Korean winger

Arsenal are linked with a loan move to sign young Korean winger this month. The player can be open for a move and can be a good solution for Arteta’s ongoing problems.

Gunners are likely to make moves this month to sign attacking players. They have felt a need due to lack in depth. In addition, they have been constantly hit by injuries. As a result, they are forced to enter the market mid-season.

Arsenal have already signed two players on loan. This means they can no longer sign players playing in England on loan this month. But, they are eligible to sign players from foreign soil and one Ligue 1 star is being considered.

Arsenal linked with Kang-In Lee

The player in question is Kang-In Lee of Paris Saint-Germain. According to The Athletic, Gunners are plotting a move for PSG star this month. The player is also considering his options for future.

Kang-In Lee is 23 years old and represents South Korea on international stage. He has so far made 35 appearances for his country. He joined PSG in 2023 and has so far played 60 games for French champions.

Kang-In Lee mainly plays as right winger and hence can be quality replacement for Bukayo Saka. In addition, he can play as attacking midfielder, central midfielder and right midfielder. Lastly, he can also play as striker rarely.

PSG rate Kang-In Lee very highly and are not looking to sell him. They will hope to receive atleast double of €22 million they paid in 2023 to sign him. This can make the deal difficult for Arsenal especially in the mid-season.

However, Gunners can sign the Korean on loan where PSG can include an option to buy. This can be in the best interest for the both clubs but will highly depend on the willingness of PSG.
