- Arsenal and Aston Villa are interested to sign Kenneth Taylor
- Taylor already has 10 goal involvements for Ajax this season
- Premier League clubs can sign the 22 year old on bargain
Arsenal are keen to improve their midfield next year. They will soon bid farewell to Thomas Partey and Jorginho. These players are still key components for Arteta and hence it will leave a huge void in the club.
Gunners will plan to sign some top quality midfielders and are already monitoring some. Martin Zubimendi has once again been linked with the club who is also looked upon by Liverpool.
Zubimendi has already rejected offer of moving to England this summer. It seems like he is convinced now but Gunners will hope to have backup ready if the Spaniard once again rejects the offer.
On the other hand, Aston Villa are also planning to add some top stars in their midfield. Douglas Luiz left this summer which has made Villa a little bit weak. Now both Arsenal and Villa have set sights on Ajax midfielder Kenneth Taylor.
Arsenal and Villa can sign Kenneth Taylor for £30 million
As per Football Insider, Ajax can part ways with Taylor for just £30 million. The 22 year old has 10 direct goal involvements this season which makes £30 million seem like a bargain. This will also attract many other top clubs in the coming months.
Aston Villa have developed in a lot recently under Unai Emery. Taylor may find their project very interesting at the moment. But, Villa may find it hard to convince Taylor if Gunners decide to come after him.
Surely, Arsenal will be a huge step up in the player’s career. But he will most likely choose his next club based on how much game time he will receive om regular basis. As of now, Taylor has best chance of playing regularly at Villa when compared with Arsenal.
