Arsenal prepared to spend €100 million on their favourite target

Arsenal are set to have a very busy summer transfer window. They are said to land a big-name striker along with some other key stars. It is said that they are prepared to spend €100 million on their favourite target.

The star in question here is Benjamin Sesko of RB Leipzig. The 21 year old was heavily linked with a move to Premier League in summer 2024. He was their top target for the striker position. But, the deal ended in failure as Sesko opted to stay at Germany.

In addition, Sesko signed a contract extension with Leipzig. This increased his stay in Germany until 2029. But, it is said that Sesko is open to leave Leipzig after this season. The 21 year old is ready to move to a bigger club and take the next step in his career.

Arsenal are still interested in signing Sesko. They also have sights on Alexander Isak but Newcastle United want a British record fee for him. Earlier, it was revealed that he can cost around £130 million which will make it very hard for Gunners to sign him. They also need to improve some other areas of the pitch.

Arsenal ready to spend big on Sesko

Gunners need to sign midfielder, winger and a backup keeper as well. They have three Spanish stars on radar to fill that positions. This suggests that they should spend wisely in the market. But, the reports state that the North London club are ready to spend big on striker.

El Nacional have reported that Arsenal are ready to spend €100 million on Benjamin Sesko. The Slovenian striker is their top priority and Mikel Arteta is desperate to land him this summer. This will be a very good addition to the North London side.

Sesko has been able to provide good results regularly. In addition, he will be a long-term investment for the North London club. Hence, Arsenal will fill that it is worth to spend big on him. If they pull out from the race, Sesko will surely be taken by some other top club.
