Guimaraes can be a quality addition for both clubs. It will surely be an step up in his career as well. He has already proven his worth in England. The Brazilian has played 121 matches for Newcastle. He has topped it by scoring 17 goals and assisting another 17 so far.

City have spent big amount in the past so this type of deal will not surprise their fans. Gunners have hesitated a little while spending such amount but their recently deals show that they can take risks if the target fits their bill. Last summer they paid £105 million of Declan Rice and it has paid off really well so far.
