According to Independent, Manchester United are keen to sign Viktor Gyokeres. The Red Devils are confident of beating Arsenal in the race to land the 26 year old. They have already signed the striker’s former boss Ruben Amorim who can convince the Sweden international with ease.

On the other hand, Brentford boss Thomas Frank has made it clear that Bryan Mbeumo will stay with them until the end of the season. The 25 year old was viewed as Arsenal’s top target to replace Bukayo Saka.

Both Mbeumo and Gyokeres could have made an instant impact at North London. However, it seems like Gunners may miss out on both and this will come as a massive blow for the club.

Arsenal still need to make some moves in the market as soon as possible. They once again dropped points last night against Aston Villa. With every match that doesn’t end with win, theh are moving away from the Premier League title. The North London club can be forced to empty their pockets in order to land some big superstar.
