One Arsenal star is set to miss out until the end of this year. This will come as a big blow for the North London club who were expecting him little early.

The star in question here is Takehiro Tomiyasu. The 26 year old has not played since October 2024. His last match was against Southampton where he played only 6 minutes. After that, he has been unable to play due to his right knee issue.

Tomiyasu underwent a surgery in August but it didn’t help him that much. The 26 year old was once again suffering which forced to keep him out. Earlier, it was decided that he will be kept out until he completes his recovery.

Later, it was decided that the 26 year old may need another surgery. Now, it has been confirmed that he has underwent another surgery on his right knee. This will extend his time off the pitch even further which will come as blow for Gunners.

As per AFCStuff, the 26 year old will miss until the end of this year. He will start his recovery and rehabilitation from now and the club will hope that he recovers fully very soon. Arsenal fans have shown a lot of respect towards Tomiyasu and have wished him a speedy recovery.
