Arsenal to fight both Manchester clubs for the 25 y/o French striker

Reports says, the Gunners are interested to sign Paris Saint-Germain‘s Randal Kolo Muani in January. As they desperately need a pure striker right now. Recently Arsenal have really struggled to find the net, which have really costed them some valuable points across all competitions.

Kai Havertz, who is their current first choice striker, has done well so far. He was forced to play at that position, as Arsenal’s current number 9 Gabriel Jesus was out due to injury last season. But now it seems like Arteta has lost his faith on the Brazilian after his recent performances. And Havertz has been the manager’s first choice since then.

But the German is not an out & out striker, who will be capitalizing every small opportunities. So, after some disappointing fixtures while struggling to score, the Gunners are now all in to bring a striker in January.

Kolo Muani to leave PSG?

As per the reports of thehardtackle, Randal Kolo Muani is expected to leave PSG in the next transfer window. Since joining the French capital on a £77 million deal, the 25-year-old has failed to live up to the expectations. The likes of Marco Asensio and Goncalo Ramos have restricted enough game time for the French striker.

So, to give Kolo Muani enough minutes, the club have decided to let him go on loan. And top English clubs are interested to bring in the 2022 World Cup finalist.

Arsenal’s strategy with the £77 million striker

Kolo Muani’s arrival on loan to the Gunners camp will help Arteta in many ways. As he can be a great experimental option for the rest of the season. While top strikers like Sesko and Gyokeres are still on their list, who will be potentially available on the market next summer.

And if Kolo Muani finds his touch at London then the Gunners can trigger that buy clause if provided. But it will not be easy for Arsenal as rival sides Man City and Man United are also interested in the Frenchman.
