The star in question here is Ousmane Diomande of Sporting CP. According to Defensa Central, Gunners will try to sign Diomande if Saliba departs this summer. Diomande is valued at €80 million by Sporting and has strong interest from both Chelsea and Newcastle.

Diomande is only 21 years old but has been superb for Sporting. He is their regular starter and has played 44 games this season. Diomande has scored 2 goals and has shown his attacking traits too. He will surely be a great addition to any of the Premier League giants.

Sporting are in a good position to demand €80 million for Diomande. The player will be long-term investment for any club. In addition, his form and demand in market will only make the position of Portugese club more strong in negotiations.
