Arsenal to revive Williams pursuit next year

Arsenal wanted to sign a winger in this transfer window. Their top target was Spanish winger Nico Williams. Williams was linked with some other Premier League clubs too. However, he was unable to find a new club and has stayed at Athletico Bilbao. As a result Gunners signed Raheem Sterling on loan from Chelsea. According to recent news, Arsenal are planning to move again for Nico Williams next year.

Gunners signed Sterling on deadline day from Chelsea. However, he was not their main target. Arsenal want to find a young winger who suits the style of Mikel Arteta. They are said to go again next year after Nico Williams who has already been linked with some of the biggest clubs in Europe.
