Arsenal transfer news: Updates about two 18 year old’s

One 18 year old star has moved away from Arsenal who are confident about landing another 18 year old star. Here are the key details about of the both deals.

Arsenal in pole position to land Sverre Nypan

Gunners have been heavily linked with 18 year old midfielder Sverre Nypan. Nypan is from Norway and currently plays for Rosenborg. He had an amazing 2024 season where he scored 8 goals and picked 7 assists in 28 league games.

Nypan is being looked upon by many clubs at the moment. Man City are also trying hard to sign him. They are planning to sign him for Girona which is also owned by City group and later bring him at the Etihad stadium.

Nypan recently visited England and had talks witu multiple suitors. He is now back to Norway and clubs are waiting for his decision. According to The Athletic, Gunners are confident about landing him and have offered the 18 year old chance to join the first team squad directly.

Arsenal have openings in the midfield department as 2 stars – Jorginho & Partey are close to exit. They are also keen to bring in Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad. Lastly, it will require Gunners to pay his €60 million release clause to land him.

Ayden Heaven joins Man United

Arsenal academy star Ayden Heaven has finally completed his move to Man United. Earlier, he was offered new deal by Gunners but the 18 year old rejected the deal. In addition, he also had interest from Eintracht Frankfurt but he has preferred to join the Red Devils.

Fabrizio Romano has reported that the agreement between Heaven and United is formally sealed. It will be interesting to see if Ruben Amorim adds him directly to first team squad or if he prefers to keep the 18 year old at academy level for little longer.
