Arsenal vs Tottenham: Arteta’s take on the encounter

Arsenal defeated Tottenham in the latest North London Derby. They have now won all three of their last away fixtures against Spurs. Spurs dominated the game in every aspect possible. But they were unable to break Arsenal’s solid defence. The solid defensive display from Gunners have kept their undefeated in all 4 of the Premier League fixtures this season.

Arteta said that he does not remember the last time Arsenal won three years in a row against Tottenham away from home. Therefore, the Gunners boss thinks that this victory is special.

Arteta also gave some information about the Arsenal captain. He said they still need to wait and see the news about Odegaard. He also spoke about taking Saka off in the 86th minute. Arteta said that he was not sure about the issue but Saka was not able to continue.

Arsenal boss revealed that he did not sleep much in the past week and even looked at Tottenham games for four of five days. He said that he had a super clear plan about how to do it.
