Liverpool legend praises Lewis-Skelly after Arsenal vs Man City clash

Lewis-Skelly scored his first ever senior goal against Man City. Earlier, Haaland mocked him by saying ‘who are you’ in first leg. Lewis-Skelly hit back at Haaland by performing his celebration after scoring 3rd goal for Gunners.

“Football arrogance on the pitch is a good thing. He’s got football arrogance as an 18 year old the same as Wayne Rooney had. They feel like they’re the man on this football pitch. Jude Bellingham has it as well. Myles Lewis-Skelly looks like an absolute superstar. He’s got that presence and personality” – Jamie Carragher praising Lewis-Skelly.

Liverpool legend was also backed by Arsenal’s very own Thierry Henry. In addition, many other football greats heaped praise on the 18 year old. Myles Lewis-Skelly surely has a very bright future ahead of him and England national team call-up is just a begining.
