As reports say, Sergio Busquets has communicated to the club that he will be leaving in 2023 as a free agent. The 33-year-old has won everything there is to win in football and plans to relax and play in USA. Inter Miami are the team interested in Busquets and if things go alright, Busquets will be in Miami next season. Busquets felt that it was now time for him to leave and let the youngsters thrive and take the club to the top. After around 15 years of service for the club, he leaves as a player the club and the fans will always miss. As per reports, Alan Varel of Boca Juniors is one of the names that is on Xavi’s list.
Newcastle lineup move for Barcelona’s target
Newcastle United are having a terrific season so far. They are currently fighting for the top 4 spots in the premier league. Their new Arab owners have given Newcastle a new lease on life. They have the richest owners in world football and thus the funding is insane. Newcastle have signed some top players from all around the world and now are competing for the top.
As per reports, They are trying to hijack Barcelona’s move for Alan Varel. Newcastle have offered around $ 18 million (£ 15 million) to sign Varela from Boca Juniors this month. Varela has a €20million (£ 17.5 million) release clause in his contract. But it will depend on Boca in the end if they want to accept cash for their midfielder.
