According to El Nacional Cat, Barca are planning to sign Reece James this summer. The report adds that the Blues are worried due to injury issues of their captain. Hence, they can let him leave for around €30 million. James can agree to join Spanish giants as the change of scenery may help him get his career back on track.

As mentioned above, Barca are not in a good financial state. Hence, they may find it hard to pay €30 million for James. The report adds that the West London club likes Ferran Torres and can demand him in return which will reduce the transfer fee of Reece James.
But, Ferran Torres is very happy at Barca right now. He is unwilling to move away from Spain just yet. This will make it hard for the Spanish giants to land Reece James. Luckily, they have Jules Kounde right now who has been superb. The Frenchman ensures that the club does not need a new right-back on urgent basis.
