Champions League: Predicted Barcelona Line-up vs Juventus

Juventus will be travelling to Camp Nou to face Barcelona for the final group fixture of the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

Both teams have already booked their places for the round of 16. Barcelona has a 3-point lead over their rivals and Juventus will have to get a big win against Ronald Koeman’s side if they hope to secure the top spot.

This will be the most awaited match of the final week-day fixture of the Champions League group stage as there is a great possibility that we will finally be seeing the resumption of the legendary rivalry between Ronaldo and Messi.

In their first outing, Barcelona won 2-0. Cristiano Ronaldo was absent as he was tested positive for Covid-19, leaving all the fans heartbroken.

Barcelona’s Predicted Line-up vs Juventus:

Barcelona will be without 5 key-players with Ousmane Dembele being the latest addition to their injury list. He picked up a hamstring injury against Cadiz on Sunday.

Despite the injuries, Koeman will be picking a strong side with Messi, Coutinho, and Griezmann likely to start. Ronald Araujo might be returning to the line-up as well after gaining back his fitness. Neto will probably be taking his place ahead of Ter-Stegen.

Pjanic will be facing his old club after the swap deal that was made during the last transfer window.

The possible Line-up for Barcelona against Juventus could be like this:

Goalkeeper: Neto

Defenders: Jordi Alba, Clement Lenglet, Ronald Araujo, Sergino Dest.

Midfielders: Frenkie de Jong, Philippe Coutinho, Miralem Pjanic.

Forwards: Antonio Griezmann, Martin Braithwaite, Lionel Messi.

Look-out For Barcelona:

Lionel Messi will be the first name any opposition want to close down. His name on the team sheet is enough to make opponents nervous. Juventus defence with the likes of Leonardo Bonucci and De Ligt will be on their toes for 90 minutes on Tuesday.
