Barcelona to re-enter the race for Mikel Arteta’s preferred target

Barcelona are said to re-enter the race for Spanish winger. Their boss Hansi Flick has given green light to start the negotiations. This will come as a major blow for Arsenal who have the Spaniard as top winger target for the summer.
