Chelsea and Liverpool keen to sign Maksimovic

Both Chelsea and Liverpool are keen to sign the Serbian international as per TEAMtalk. The report further stats that we may see these clubs making a move in January. We may also see other top clubs joining the race very soon.

Chelsea have developed a new strategy to sign young players and develop them into world class stars. They are preparing a squad for future and Maksimovic fits that idea really well.

On the other hand, Liverpool are planning to sign the wonderkid in January. They are also planning to send him back on loan to Red Star for the rest of the season. It looks like a really smart business but a lot will depend on the player and his current club.

Red Star are keen to keep the player and they also offered him new contract in September. But it feels like they will be unable to keep hold of him for very long and hence should set a firm price tag on him. As for Maksimovic, he will surely have a bright future and will improve any club he joins for sure.
