Chelsea and Arsenal are amongst the clubs showing interest in Spanish winger. Both of the london giants are now handed a major boost ahead of the summer transfer window.

Arsenal are still interested to sign Williams this summer. They are now joined by their london rivals Chelsea in the race. Now, both of these English giants have been handed a major boost.
According to Marca, Barca have ended their pursuit of Nico Williams. Hence, Premier League will the most likely next destination for the 22 year old. Athletic Club are ready to sell Williams but will demand his release clause of €60 million to be paid fully.
Arsenal are keen to add a left winger to their squad. They want an upgrade on Gabriel Martinelli. But, they also want the player to serve as backup for Saka when needed. In order to raise funds, they are said to part ways with Trossard. Lastly, they will not sign Raheem Sterling on permanent basis this summer.
On the other hand, Chelsea are also looking for the same profile. They want a left winger who can play on right and in middle when needed. In addition, they want him to be young which has been their hiring criteria. Nico Williams fits perfectly in their current demands.
