Chelsea board are said to back Maresca as they trust him. The Italian will be allowed to bring in new players of his choice in summer. Along with the tactics, Maresca has also impressed with the culture he’s trying to creat at West London.
Enzo Maresca wants to adapt new culture at Chelsea
Kieran Gill has reported that Maresca has created a new culture at Chelsea this season. His culture includes ‘firm but fair’ policy. Gill gave the example when Maresca dropped Madueke due to being ineffective in training.
Firstly, only tactics are never enough to win major titles. In addition, the Blues have vast squad so Maresca will always have options to choose best performing players. Hence, the above mentioned culture will help the club very much in getting good results and eventually winning titles.
