Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is planning to move-on from 2 of their current attackers. This will help the club to open up space and raise funds. Most importantly it will help the club to comply with PSR and avoid any complications.
Chelsea are set for another big summer transfer window. Enzo Maresca wants to bring in new players in almost all parts of the pitch. But, the club will also need to focus on the outgoings. The Blues were already on the verge of breaching PSR last time and hence need to be careful.
Chelsea boss ready to part ways with 2 attackers
Chelsea are said to bring in new striker and new winger this summer. As for the striker they want to sign a young striker who can serve as backup for Nicolas Jackson. In addition, they want him to compete for the starting position.
On the other hand, the Blues want to sign a left winger. But, they also want to play on right and middle when needed. Apart for these incomings, the West London club will also need to focus on outgoings as they have many players in attacking department.
According to The Sun, Enzo Maresca is ready to move on from Mykhailo Mudryk and Christopher Nkunku. Both of these players are not the first-choice players for the Italian. Selling them will come as a big financial boost for Chelsea.
Nkunku wanted to leave in January window itself. But, the Blues were only willing to sell him for around €70 million. This resulted in interested clubs dropping interest and the Frenchman staying at Stamford Bridge. However, it is very likely to change this summer.
As for Mudryk, he is suspended due to doping. He has requested another test and can be eligible to play if not found guilty. But if the tests show same results he faces potential ban of upto 4 years.
