Chelsea boss shares major positive update about Reece James
Reece James has been highly injury prone this season too. He was injured at the start of the season. Later, he made return but then once again suffered serious injury. The 25 year old is fully recovered and was present in the squad for the last game.
“He’s back. The last game against Ipswich he was with us just to be with us on the squad. The plan was not to give him any minutes. Tomorrow is different, we can give him minutes. We all know how important Reece is for us, so hopefully he can get minutes very soon” – Maresca when asked about James’ availability via CFC Blues.
James has been highly injury prone since the end of 2021/22 season. He has missed many games in the last 2 seasons and the situation is same this season too. Hence, everyone at the club along with the fans and player himself will hope that he stays injury free otherwise it can also have adverse effects on his career.
