Chelsea currently have 3 strikers on their radar. They can make a move for anyone of them in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The Blues are very likely to sign another striker this summer. They want the player to act as backup or directly replace Nicolas Jackson. Over the past months, many big names have been linked with a move to West London.
Striker signing will be one of the top priorities of the club. As of now, both Jackson and Guiu are injured. In addition, none of them have been able to score on regular basis. This has made it urgent to sign a clinical striker.
Chelsea have 3 strikers on their radar right now
Ben Jacobs has revealed that the Blues have sight on Benjamin Sesko, Liam Delap and Viktor Gyokeres. All of these strikers are having a good season and have interest from multiple top clubs.
Liam Delap has been linked with Chelsea since a very long time. Ipswich Town may be forced to sell Delap if they get relegated this season. The Blues currently have the lead in the race but it will also depend on what Delap thinks of the deal.
Sesko has been one of the best young strikers in the world. He has interest from Arsenal and to be fair, the North London club are leading the race at the moment. But, the Blues can still stay optimistic and try to convince Sesko to join them instead of their city rivals.
Chelsea may still fail to convince Sesko as their spot in UCL is still not secure. In contrast, Gunners have almost secured their spot in UCL once agin. Hence, it will be wise for Chelsea to monitor other striker while keeping Sesko on radar.
Lastly, the Blues are also showing interest in Viktor Gyokeres. Earlier in January, they opted not to sign the Sweden international. But now they are showing interest and one of the major reason is that Gyokeres can be signed for around €70 million.
