Chelsea linked with 4 young defenders
According to Caught Offside, the Blues are showing interest in Piero Hincapie of Bayer Leverkusen. He is 23 years old and can play as both centre-back and left back. Leverkusen have made it clear that they will want Hincapie’s release clause of €60 million to be paid fully.
Second on the list is Jorrel Hato of Ajax. He is 19 years old and he too is able to play as both centre-back and left-back. Hato can be signed for around €50 million and he will be a long-term investment. The Blues are joined by multiple others in the race for Dutchman.
Third player who is on the radar of Chelsea is Ousmane Diomande. He is 21 years old and plays for Sporting. He has €80 million release clause in his contract but the Portugese champions can let him leave on discount this summer.
Lastly, Chelsea are showing interest in Murillo. He is 22 year old Brazilian defender who plays for Nottingham Forest. He is the only player in this list who has already impressed in Premier League. Murillo is expected to cost atleast €80 million this summer.
