This is not the first time that Chelsea have been linked with Baleba. The 21 year old has impressed them since a long-time. He can play as both central and holding midfielder. Baleba has played 32 games this season and has registered 3 goals along with 2 assists.
Baleba has also been regular starter for Cameroon national team. He has so far played 7 games for his country. Brighton are known for selling their top talents for hefty fees. They are likely to do the same with Baleba. Earlier, Chelsea signed Moises Caicedo from Brighton for a British record fee.
