The report adds that Chelsea have already held talks to learn about Wesley. The Blues are ready to spend €20 million on him but Flamengo have set their asking price at around €30 million to €35 million. Gunners are willing to meet their expectations.
Wesley has been superb ever since making his first-team debut. He is only 21 years old but has already played for Brazil national team twice. He has so far played 125 games for Flamengo and has scored 3 goals along with 5 assists.
