Firstly, Fabrizio Romano has reported that Reiss Russell Deeney has left Chelsea. He has played on England under-19 team and has now joined Tottenham Hotspur. He will be announced as new Spurs player very shortly.
On the other hand, Harvey Vale has left the Blues on permanent deal to join Queens Park Rangers. He has left for free despite having some more months left on his contract. But, the Blues do have a sell-on clause included in his contract.
Besides these two, many other Chelsea players have left the squad. Mostly, the players have left on loan but some of them are going to leave permanently in summer. It is expected as the West London club had a very high squad number.

Fabrizio Romano has also provided key update about Andrey Santos. The 20 year old star is currently on loan at Strasbourg which is the sister club of Chelsea. As per Romano, he will return to West London and be the part of first team squad from this summer.
Santos has been on various loan spells ever since joining Chelsea. He is yet to play for the Blues. He plays as central midfielder and is progressing really well at the moment. This season he seems to have levelled up his progress.
Santos has played 20 games this season and has started in all of them. He has registered 8 goals and 1 assist in those 20 games displaying his high quality. Lastly, he has also made his debut for the Brazil national team.
