Chelsea are set for another big summer transfer window. They are set to sign some key players in almost all parts of the pitch. But, the Blues already have a very huge squad depth. In addition, they were on the verge of breaching PSR.
Hence, the Blues will need to let some of their key players leave this summer. Enzo Maresca is ready for a mass exodus which will help the club to raise funds and comply with PSR. As of now, they are open to let their star defender leave.
Chelsea ready to let 24 year old defender leave
According to Sebastien Vidal, the Blues are ready to part ways with Wesley Fofana. The 24 year old has agreed to join Marseille on loan this summer. But, the French club will need to qualify for UCL in order to get the deal done. On the other hand, Saudi clubs are keen to sign Fofana on permanent deal.
Fofana joined Chelsea in 2022 but has not been able to impress at West London. He has suffered serious injuries over the three season. The 24 year old has played only 34 games in 3 seasons as he was out for the whole last season. Hence, the Blues are ready to let him leave.
Along with Fofana, Chelsea are also keen to part ways with Disasi and Chalobah. In addition, they will also be seen selling Renato Veiga after just one year of signing him. Lastly, Badiashile can leave for right offer in order to raise funds. The Blues are keen to sign Marc Guehi and Dean Huijsen this summer.
