Carney Chukwuemeka is one of the stars heavily linked with away move. He has played only 5 games this season. In addition, he has started only 1 game and is yet to play in Premier League.
Ben Jacobs has now reported that the Blues rate Chukwuemeka very highly and hence want £40 million for him. They will not sanction any deal containing any offer less than that.
Chukwuemeka is only 21 years old and has whole career in front of him. However, the interested clubs may still hesitate to pay this high considering the fact the player has not played consistently in the last 3 seasons.
The Blues are also viewing a loan move as option. It is very likely looking like Chukwuemeka joins some club on loan initially in January in order to impress a top club who will be willing to spend big in summer.
