Chelsea are very likely to add another striker to their squad next season. The latest reports say that they are eyeing a move for two strikers. Both of the players are very young and proved in Premier League.
The Blues are doing well this season and have improved to major extent. Many of their current players are upgraded under new boss Enzo Maresca. One of them is first choice striker Nicolas Jackson.
Jackson has scored regularly and has been able to bench other stars. The Blues were unable to sign striker this summer but Jackson has stepped up and made the number nine position his own.
However, the Blues still want to sign one more striker to their squad. It can be also due to the fact that Nkunku is willing to move away from the club. Nkunku has been the backup striker for Maresca this season.
Chelsea eyeing two Premier League strikers
According to talkSPORT, the Blues are eyeing up move for Liam Delap and Evan Ferguson. Delap has been linked with them very highly whereas the linking with Ferguson is also not new.
Delap has been superb since joining Ipswich this season. He has scored 7 goals and picked 2 assists in Premier League so far. Along with the Blues, many other top English clubs are keeping close tabs on him.
On the other hand, Evan Ferguson is also viewed as player with very bright future. He is 20 years old and already is a regular starter for Brighton and Ireland national team. Just like Delap, he also has many top clubs luring around him.
Ipswich Town are unwilling to sell Delap just yet but have to do so in summer. They are on the verge of getting relegated and the 21 year old will want to continue in Premier League. On the other hand, Brighton are known for selling their key assets for right price. They will slap a hefty fee on the 20 year old.
