According to TEAMtalk, the Blues want to complete three signings before Club World Cup. They are doing all they can in order to complete the signings. The players named in the report are Hugo Ekitike of Frankfurt, Jamie Gittens of Borussia Dortmund and Mike Maignan of AC Milan.
The report mentions that Maignan has said yes to join Chelsea. Milan will be open to sell as he runs out of contract at the end of the season. The French shot-stopper is said to cost the Blues only £15 million. He will surely start ahead of Robert Sanchez.
Later, the report says that Ekitike will cost the Blues a hefty amount. The player is made available by Frankfurt for £80 million. They are in no hurry to sell him and hence will hold on to their demands. Earlier, the reports emerged that the talks have been positive between Ekitike and Chelsea.
Lastly, as per the report Jamie Gittens may cost Chelsea £35 million. There has been agreement between the Blues and Dortmund. The player has given green light to the move to West London. He is expected to start on the left flank.
