Casadei is only 21 years old and has a very bright future ahead of him. The Blues are aware of this situation and hence want to include the buy back option. This will help them in signing the player whenever they want a low price.
However, it will depend on what Torino think of the situation. They will want to have full control over the 21 year old. Casadei seems like a player with bright future and hence the Italian club will fear that he might leave after developing for very low price.
Casadei will be open to away move this month in order to get regular football. If not Torino, other club will surely make a move for him. His transfer saga will catch speed very soon.
