Reece James has been highly injury prone throughout his career. The past three seasons have been disaster for him. James played only 11 games last season and was looking to improve this season.
But yet again, the 24 year old face a crucial injury due to which his missed many games. He then made comeback last month and went on to play three straight Premier League matches.
James was looking good and everyone expected that he will now stay injury free. But the bad luck once again hit him as he faced muscle injury and now he has missed the recent Premier League game.
Chelsea to take shock decision about Reece James
James will now hope to make return back from injury as soon as possible. He will hope to stay fit until the end of the season and get back to his best. But, the Blues are now losing patience about him.
Simion Phillips provided an important update about the situation on his substack Si Phillips Talks Chelsea. He said as per one of his sources, the Blues are very likely to put Reece James on sale next year.
This may come as a shock decision for Chelsea fans. But they need to think from the club’s point of view as well. James is the highest earner at Chelsea and doesn’t even play regularly. So, the club may find it of best interest to part ways with him.
Luckily, James is still very young and hence it may not be very hard for him to find new clubs. But, he surely has to stay fit or clubs may lose interest in him. Recently, Real Madrid did the same as they found the injury concerns of Englishman a no go for future.
