According to Caught Offside, the Blues are said to revive their interest in Samu Aghehowa. Samu is 20 years old and currently plays for Porto. This is not the first time Chelsea have been linked with him which showcases the player’s quality at young age.
The West London club tried to sign Samu Aghehowa in summer 2024. But, they failed to do so and the 20 year old ended at Porto. He has been superb so far this season and has scored 19 goals and 2 assists. Due to his top form, the player is being looked upon by top clubs across whole Europe.
Chelsea are joined by Premier League rivals Aston Villa in the race. They are keen to replace Jhon Duran who left the club last month to join Al Nassr. Porto may feel powerless to hold Samu if he forces the move, but they will surely demand a hefty fee.
