Chelsea will not sign a new goalkeeper
Nizaar Kinsella has reported that the Blues will not sign a new keeper in the summer. This will upset the fans as they are very disappointed with the club’s current goalkeepers. The report adds that Robert Sanchez, Filip Jorgensen and Djordje Petrovic will all compete for the starting position.
Petrovic will be back at West London to compete for the starting spot. In addition, the club will also welcome Mike Penders who is rated very highly. The Blues regard both these stars as having an elite potential. However, the fans may not feel the same.
Chelsea fans wanted a new keeper who can guarantee regular clean sheets. As if now, Jorgensen has managed to keep 6 clean sheets in 17 games. On the other hand, Sanchez has managed to keep only 4 clean sheets in 22 games.
