Chelsea transfers: 3 Strikers in consideration right now

Chelsea are surely going to sign a new striker in the summer transfer window. They are ready to spend big in order to land a clinical number nine. As of now, three names are in consideration.

The Blues have Nicolas Jackson as the main striker right now. As for backup, they have Marc Guiu. But, they are still keen to sign one more striker in summer. Earlier, they tried hard to land Victor Osimhen but he is no longer on their radar.

Chelsea highly interested to sign Liam Delap

The Blues have been monitoring Liam Delap since a very long-time. The 22 year old has attracted many top clubs with his performances this season. He has scored 10 goals along with 2 assists in Premier League so far.

Delap joined Ipswich Town in summer 2024 and the Tractor Boys are very happy with him. They are keen to keep him but will have to sell him in summer. This is due to Ipswich very likely getting relegated to Championship this season.

Delap is too good to play in Championship and hence he will switch sides. He also has interest from Man United. But, Ben Jacobs has reported that the Blues are optimistic that he will join them over other clubs.

Benjamin Sesko has interest from both North & West London

Sesko has interest from both Chelsea and Arsenal. But, the Blues are currently behind in the race. Sesko will also turn 22 in May but is having a better season that Delap in terms of stats. He has scored 17 goals and picked 5 assists so far this season.

The Blues join the race for Viktor Gyokeres

Jacobs has also reported that Chelsea are also considering Viktor Gyokeres. The 26 year old has been in superb form since last season. He is looked upon by multiple clubs along with Man United. The Blues have joined the race due to his transfer fee dropping to €70 million.
