Chelsea are set for a big summer transfer window. They have already started the business by signing Liam Delap. Now, top journalist has revealed their future plans with naming top targets.
Chelsea have signed Liam Delap ahead of other clubs. The 22 year old will join them for a bargain fee of £30 million. The Blues are unwilling to go slow and are quickly looking to go after new targets. Now, Ben Jacobs has revealed their future plans and names of top targets.
Chelsea transfer news: Ben Jacobs reveals next plans
According to Jacobs, the Blues are now focused on right footed left winger. They view this position as top priority. As of now, they have Alejandro Garnacho, Jamie Gittens and Nico Williams as top priority. He added that they are aware of Mudryk’s absence. Lastly, he said the pursuit of left winger can take time.
Later, Jacobs said that Chelsea are ready to keep Jadon Sancho with them. But, they will only do so if the 25 year old lowers his current wages. If Sancho is not willing to agree on that, the Blues will simply send him back to United for £5 million.
Jacobs then added that the Blues can still go after another striker. They do have faith in Nicolas Jackson but Christopher Nkunku is set to leave. The West London club can also opt to sign a wide forward instead of another striker.
Chelsea rate Morgon Rogers very highly. They view him as a key attacking midfielder to replace Nkunku. But, Aston Villa have no intention to sell him despite having tight PSR position. Later, Jacobs sais that Chelsea are also in for Jorrel Hato of Ajax.
Lastly, Jacobs sais that the Blue are not monitoring any new keeper for now. They will decide the number one between Sanchez, Petrovic, Jorgensen and Penders. He believes that the Blues can use Club World Cup as a best chance to test the current keepers.
